Your happiness is important to me. If you have any questions, please contact me ahead of time by sending me an email. Emailing is the best way for us to chat about a painting you adore. I can send you additional images to help you visualize how the artwork would fit your space.

Returns

If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase, please reach out to me by sending me an email and we can discuss options.

Please take a pictures of the shipping box and/or painting if you receive artwork that has been damaged in transit. Please contact me within 7 days. All work is carefully packed and wrapped, but unfortunately sometimes it does not arrive as safe as planned.

Online and In-Person Orders:
Full refunds are available if initiated within 7 days of receiving the artwork. Please send me an email within the return window. You will be responsible for return shipping fees and insurance. The piece must be returned and packaged in the same condition in which it was received. After the piece is returned safely, a refund will be credited to the original payment method. If the piece was a gift, exchanges are available.

Commissions:
We'll work closely together creating your custom piece. You will have the opportunity to review and the painting. If the painting does not meet your final approval, you are not obligated to purchase the painting. If you choose to cancel your order after work has begun, your 50% down payment cannot be refunded. Once a finished commission is approved and shipped the sale is final and refunds cannot be made. However, this has never happened before, so hopefully you will not be the first!

Shipping Policy
Free standard shipping on US orders to be delivered to continental USA.

Shipping is available for the continental United States. At this time, shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, as well as international shipping is not available. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

Original paintings will be packed and shipped within 5 business days. I send all US purchases via UPS ground; 3-7 day delivery time (subject to change). If you have a specific date you would like your piece to arrive by, please contact me. An additional fee may apply for faster shipping. For return shipping costs, please see the returns and refunds policy listed above.

For local Syracuse, NY pick up, please choose "Studio Pick Up" instead of shipping in the checkout. Once you have placed your order I will email you and we can work out a time to meet at my studio.
